DISCOVERY PROCESS

Our discovery process is intended to avoid these types of problems by clearly establishing the objectives of the client, the nature of the residence and the proposed scope of work.
All projects begin with a one-on-one conversation where we determine the client’s individual needs and preferences in order to design a system curated specifically for their home. We take the time to learn about the homeowner’s lifestyle, interests, budget and potential space constraints. This approach enables us to make our client's goals the primary focus and integrate them into every technology solution we design.
SYSTEM DESIGN
The next step in the process involves evaluating the information from the initial discovery meetings and establishing a design according to the client's performance priorities and budget qualifications. This specification is used as a framework to discuss budget considerations and an overhead explanation of the systems and their functionality. The design phase is a cooperative one, enabling the client to evaluate the cost and performance of a given system, while offering the necessary feedback before moving on to the next stage.
This second stage also provides us with an opportunity to explore tangible feature and pricing options with the client. In most cases, a preliminary proposal is drafted that details the costs and benefits associated with each option. The client is then able to consider several different options and select the one that best suits their home.
ENGINEERING STAGE
Once we have received approval on the final proposal, the engineering process begins. Project drawings are created to reflect in-depth documentation for our technicians to follow. These plans include information on hardware models, labor requirements, low-voltage wiring, device placement, engineering schematics and rack elevations. By strictly adhering to these details, we ensure the final project is perfectly aligned with the approved design.
