Whenever your smartphone or tablet is connected to the Internet, you stay connected to your system through Siedle's hosting services.
Smart Gateway 2.0 also ensures that in addition to being reliable, your connection is secure. Communication between devices is encrypted – both between the Smart Gateway and Siedle server, as well as between the Siedle server and the Siedle app. So there's no personal data on the Siedle server that's can be accessed in the process. MOBILE AND SECURE
The Siedle app has access to door communication system at all times – at home, on the move or from all over the world. Users can see who is at their door live on their smartphones or tablets. The Siedle app receives the door call, transmits a live video feed, establishes a speech connection and opens the door, while storing the image in the device's memory.
At the heart of the intelligent Siedle IQ system lies a cloud-based server. It makes mobile door communication possible for all Siedle systems: Access Professional, In-Home bus, 1+n and 6+n. Communication is encrypted – both between system and server and between the server and the Siedle app, eliminating the possibility of any personal data on the server being used by unauthorized persons.

More than just a connection to the front door, Siedle's Smart Gateway 2.0 let's you stay connected from anywhere across the globe. All you need is an Internet connection and a smartphone or tablet.
The Smart Gateway app is also easy to install and configure. New firmware in Version 2.0 allows the Siedle app for iOS and Android to be commissioned in just a few seconds – no special knowledge needed. Designed to operate with devices running either iOS or Android operating systems, the Siedle Smart Gateway 2.0 flexibly supports devices through the purchase of one-time licenses rather than monthly subscription fees.
